Candlewood Suites Knoxville Airport-Alcoa by IHG

We arrived for check-in super late. The first room was not clean and had a horrible odor. Perhaps a puppy accident? I returned to the front desk where I received a sincere apology and was immediately given a different room. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. Check-out was a breeze, and airport shuttle driver was also nice. I felt completely comfortable leaving my car in their lot for 10 days. Parking rates are way less than airport parking. Great staff, great amenities, and a clean room made for a fantastic stay. I will definitely stay here again!

The staff was friendly, helpful and very personable. I had a wonderful experience talking with the ladies at the front desk. The bed was comfortable, and I am checking into getting the same mattress for home. As soon as we entered the facility we knew it was clean. This has been the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Job well done. I'm looking forward to my stay next year, when I return to the Shed.

The 1 queen bed with sleeper sofa room we had was a pleasant surprise. The layout was extremely nice in the room compared to lobby area

I had loved the stay and I had loved how we got a three night stay for 219.00 i did not want to leave and i barely like hotels. I think I was lucky for that promotional offer

The staff was very friendly! I liked the fact of a full fridge and the size of room and size of bathrooom.
